An outstanding combination of cooking and holding potential, the Garland M43-1T Master series liquid propane 4 burner modular 34" range with 11 5/16" even heat hot top is the ideal workhorse for any busy commercial kitchen. This heavy-duty model comes with one durable cast iron hot top with a 22,000 BTU "H" that supplies consistent, even heat for stock pot cooking, and its flat, seamless design makes it easy to slide heavy stock pots from the cooking area to holding. It also features (4) 20,000 BTU Starfire burners with conveniently removable heads. Its modular design makes it perfect to mount on a chef base or equipment stand (sold separately).
