Condux Running Line Tensiometer used with Condux CableGlider® Cable Pullers will give accurate measurements of the force exerted on a cable as it is installed. It consists of a Mechanical Sensing Unit and the Electronic Control Box. The unit will accommodate pull tape and rope up to 7/8” diameter with an accuracy of ±5% of full scale. This unit measures loads of 0 to 12,000Lbs with an accuracy of 600lbs
Mechanical Sensing Unit Mounts easily to the cable puller frame with a mounting bracket and pin.The Condux Running Line Tensiometer`s sensing unit permits rope installation without disassembly of the unit. Electronic Control Box features large LED Display and paperless recorder with trend display, compact flash card slot with a 64MB flash card and USB interface. A Programmable overload set point has both an audible and visual indication of an overload condition.The Electronical Control Box also has the capacity to disengage the cable puller if an overload occurs.
