The BioTek ELx405 microplate washer is first deep well microplate washer that aspirates and dispenses into 96- and 384-well plates <50mm in height. This instrument can be installed on a lab bench or integrated within a robotic system. The ELx405 works to lower background values and increase important signal-to-noise ratios. Applications include ELISA's, MSD assays, cell based assays, magnetic and polystyrene bead assays, cytokine assays, etc.

Fully variable dispense volumes, flow, and aspiration rates provide total control of the washing cycles from a gentle cell-washing application to vigorous wash for high-binding assays
Built-in fluid flow, fluid detection, and vacuum sensing provide complete protection for unattended operation
BioStack™ compatible for automated washing of up to 50 ANSI/SBS standard height microplates
Compatible with Liquid Handling Control Software for additional flexibility
