The American Baking Systems ABSGDO-802T gas deck oven is a robust two-deck, four-pan commercial unit designed for artisan and bakery use. It features heavy steel construction with stainless-steel front panels, drop-down doors with viewing windows, and ceramic stone hearths for direct hearth baking or pan use. With independent top and bottom heat controls, individual steam systems per deck, digital controls, and standard timers and lights on each deck, it’s engineered for precise, flexible, and efficient production.
