A full length cutting board allows you to easily chop and serve fresh ingredients, while the cold air diffuser is working hard to maintain a 33°F - 38°F temperature on the inside. The solid stainless steel construction provides durability and allows you to easily keep this unit clean. Additional features of this unit include removable door gaskets, factory installed casters, use of R-134A refrigerant, and twelve 1/6 size food pans.
