The ML-1 is one of Subsurface Instrument's longest-enduring and popular products for magnetic detection. Whether you're seeking corner markers (iron or steel), well casings, steel drums or septic tank handles, this is the go-to magnetic locator for you.

 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The ML series offers simple one-handed operation with an easy-to-learn keypad featuring only three buttons - no menus or cumbersome instructions to follow. The audio unit has the volume built into the on/off key; just hold down the key while it cycles through the settings. The ML-1 features strong monotube construction, providing structural integrity you can count on.

  • The electronics compartment is 3.25” (8.25cm) tapered to 2.5” (6.4cm) wide x 4.5” (10.15cm) deep tapered to 2.5” (6.4cm).

  • Battery Life: Under normal operation, approximately 30 hours.
  • Input Power: Two standard 9-volt alkaline batteries in custom molded bottom compartment.
  • Function: Electronic keypad that clicks when a key is depressed.
  • Audio: A real speaker is in the front panel providing outstanding volume. The speaker pitch increases in frequency proportional to field intensity.
  • Visual: ML-1M model has LCD display with bar graph indicating relative strength of signal and polarity. Flashing battery symbol indicates low battery.

METHOD OF PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
  • All rental payments must be made to KWIPPED with an ACH Bank Transfer
    • NOTE: ACH Bank Transfers take 7-10 Business Days to clear.  The Supplier will proceed with the delivery of the equipment once the ACH Bank Transfer has cleared KWIPPED's bank account; this means the Rental Start Date may be delayed.  If Expedited Delivery is required to meet the Renter's needs, a One-Time Wire Transfer can be used to make the initial payment for the total amount due upfront; an ACH Bank Transfer will still be required for all additional monthly payments. The Renter will be responsible for paying KWIPPED all Wire Transfer Fees in addition to the total amount due upfront.
  • A valid Credit Card with an Expiration Date that is later than the End Date of the Rental Contract must be provided to KWIPPED 
  • First and Last Month's Rent will be collected by KWIPPED immediately when the order has been placed; add (1) Month's Rent to the 'Due Upfront' showing above on this quote to see the total amount due upfront
MINIMUM RENTAL TERM:
  • 1-WEEK / 7-DAY MINIMUM RENTAL TERM REQUIRED; customer will be required to pay all (1) Week Rental Payments to KWIPPED if an early rental termination request is submitted
