How can I become a KWIPPED supplier?

Just fill out the Supplier inquiry form or call us at 800.273.8404. A KWIPPED representative will help you to get up and running.

How much does it cost to be a KWIPPED supplier?

There is no charge to be listed as a KWIPPED supplier and receive rental requests from potential Customers. KWIPPED receives a commission from the rentals you are awarded. Please contact us to find out more information about our commission schedule.

How do you connect my company and equipment with renters?

When you sign-up for KWIPPED, you create a profile that includes what type of equipment you have and where you rent it. For example, you may rent HD video cameras in a 50 mile radius of Wilmington, NC. The KWIPPED platform will notify you of requests that match your criteria, including a link to the Renter’s profile on KWIPPED. You can submit your quote to the Renter directly through the platform. If the Renter accepts your quote and signs the rental contract, you will have access to their full contact information.

Can I build relationships with customers off line that I acquire from using KWIPPED?

Absolutely. The value of KWIPPED is that you will acquire new customers and grow your business. We encourage you to pursue customer relationships off line.

How do I know if I have an RFQ or rental request?

KWIPPED will send you an email when there is a rental request that matches your profile and criteria.

What if I have questions for the renter?

No problem. We have built a messaging platform so that you can get a better understanding of the renter’s needs in order to offer the best solution.

Can I contact customers directly?

Yes. Once your quote is accepted and the rental contract is signed, KWIPPED will give you the full contact information of the Renter. You can contact them to answer questions, assist with the logistics of the rental, and build a relationship with them for future business.

Can customers see information about my company?

Yes. Every supplier has the ability to customize a profile of their company that is included with each quote. The profile includes the type of equipment you rent, information about your company (history, values, differentiators, etc.) and your location. Once your quote is accepted, your profile will also include your contact information. The profile is a great way to stand out.

What are the terms and conditions of the rental?

The terms and conditions are governed by the supplier’s quote and the KWIPPED rental terms and conditions.
