This Molecular Devices SpectraMax Plus Spectrophotometer
UV/VIS spectrophotometer with a built-in cuvette port and microplate drawer. Reads any standard cuvette, microcuvette, test tube, or 96-well standard or UV-transparent microplate over the full 190-1000 nm wavelength range. Applications include DNA analysis and ELISAs. Offers endpoint, kinetic, and spectrum reading modes with microplate mixing and temperature control. The monochromator selects any wavelength in 1 nm increments. Use with PathCheck® Sensor to scale microplate readings to 1 cm cuvette readings or to correct for pipetting variation. This instrument comes with a computer and Softmax Pro. System includes Computer with Softmax Pro software, Manuals and Data cable.
