DESCRIPTION
SE International's Inspector is a handheld digital Gieger counter for detecting low levels of alpha, beta, gamma, and x-ray radiation. The digital readout is displayed with a red count light and a beeper sounds with each count detected. Other features include an adjustable timer, external calibration controls and adjustable alert. Common Inspector applications include detecting and measuring surface contamination, screening for environmental contamination, detecting noble gases and other low energy radionuclides, and monitoring possible radiation exposure while working with radionuclides.

  • Operating Range: 0.001 (1 µR)—100 mR/hr, 0—350,000 CPM, 0.01—1000 µSv/hr, 0—5,000 CPS
  • Total/Timer: 1—9,999,000 counts
  • Alert set range: 0.001—50 mR/hr and 1—160,000 CPM. 70db @ 1m
