The Leybold Turbo Vac 151 turbomolecular pump can be used for all general-purpose high vacuum applications. This Turbomolecular Turbovac 151 pump is without a purge gas facility and is suited for only pumping of air or inert gases. They are not suited for pumping of aggressive or reactive gases.
