DESCRIPTION
• Compound vacuum pump that combines a turbomolecular pump and a drag pump on a single shaft.
• Made from a multi-stage axial-flow turbine which is optimized for operation in molecular flow conditions
• Drag pump is designed for operation at higher pressures than conventional turbomolecular pumps
• Pumps are designed to pump the following residual gases normally used in high-vacuum systems: Air, Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, Krypton, Helium, Neon, Argon, Hydrogen, Ethane, Propane, Butane, and Methane.
